Clay model making
To Create a clay model based on the renderings, perform ergonomic design, and conduct a review after completion.


Plastic part appearance modeling
After the clay vehicle appearance is finalized by the review, perform scanning, 3D data measurement, structural analysis, reverse design, 3D part structure design, 3D assembly design, necessary processes, and CAE analysis.


Product validation
After completing the 3D data, proceed with trial production of parts, using 3D printed parts or CNC machined parts for verification.


Mold making
After the styling is completed and verified, enter the mold making process: Drawing Review — Material Preparation — Structural Design — Processing — Inspection — Assembly — Mold Trial — Mold Testing — Production.
